Tania graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and began her legal career in rural South Australia.

Tania returned to Adelaide to work predominantly in criminal and family law, representing clients before the Magistrates and District Courts of South Australia and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

In late 2016, Tania began Furler & Co a boutique law firm practicing predominantly from the Clare Valley.  In 2023, Tania joined Peter Fishers Lawyers, merging Furler & Co and bringing her small team with her.  Tania continues to represent clients in the Clare Valley and also works from our Hove and McLaren Vale offices.

In 2022, Tania commenced a Master in Family Law and has recently undertaken further studies in Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

With her comprehensive knowledge of family and estate law and her strong, yet compassionate nature, Tania has the perfect balance to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.

When Tania isn’t being a legal superstar, she is a very active mother and enjoys yoga, running, live music, and fine food and wine from the Clare Valley, McLaren Vale, and the Adelaide Hills.
