]]> Juliet joined our team in August 2019 as an Estate Planning Paralegal at our Hove office. Juliet has worked in the legal industry for over 24 years. Moving from South Africa in 2012, she dedicated the first two years upon arriving in Australia to settle her family, whilst completing her Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal) in 2014. She subsequently joined the Wills & Estates team of an Adelaide based law firm. Her varied legal experience includes family law, litigation, estate planning, estate administration and conveyancing. From 1990 to 2003, while raising her four sons, Catherine was involved in legal education with UniSA, TAFE and the Law Society. Catherine recommenced practice as a commercial solicitor in 2003. From 2007, Catherine has worked with Peter Fisher Lawyers as a senior solicitor specialising in estate litigation. She also has a keen interest in PLAIN ENGLISH drafting and ensures our wills and other documents are as ‘user-friendly’ as possible.

Catherine is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
