Catherine was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia in December 1979, and commenced practice as a commercial solicitor. From 1984 to 1989 she was partner in the law firm, Daenke O’Donovan. From 1990 to 2003, while raising her four sons, Catherine was involved in legal education with UniSA, TAFE and the Law Society. Catherine recommenced practice as a commercial solicitor in 2003. From 2007, Catherine has worked with Peter Fisher Lawyers as a senior solicitor specialising in estate litigation. She has a keen interest in PLAIN ENGLISH drafting and ensures our Wills and other documents are as ‘user-friendly’ as possible.
Catherine is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
